Returns To send a return; Please refer to your packing slip (or see below) for detailed instructions on what information to include with your return. Items can be returned to our corporate office. Please ship your return or exchange to the following address:

If you do not have your packing slip, please follow these steps:
- Write a note describing how you want us to handle the return; Would you like us to exchange the item, issue a refund please explain?
- Let us know why you are returning the item (for example; wrong size, wrong item, didn't like the color, damaged in transit, etc.).
- Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.
- Please provide an email address, fax number or telephone number (specify day or evening) in case we have questions.
Credit Card or Debit Card Refund Policy Please be aware that we can only refund your credit card or debit card within 30 days of original purchase, and we can only refund the exact card number which was used to purchase goods. After the 30-day period we will offer a merchandise credit or exchanges.
Exchanges Please refer to your packing slip for information on returns & exchanges, or contact us for further information. Although we cannot process exchanges online at this time. Exchanges are usually delivered within two weeks from the time you put the exchange in the mail.
Receipts We encourage you to include your receipt in order to help us process your return more quickly. However, we'll accept your return without the original receipt If you return an item without a receipt, please help speed processing time by telling us how and when you purchased the product, plus names used when placing the order, address, and telephone number. |
